(she/her) writes a lot of words, and sometimes she gets them in the right order. She splits her time between New York (where she lives) and Toronto (where she goes home for the holidays).
She has written music and lyrics for cabarets, scored short films, run playwriting workshops, and one time she was hired to write a play for ten seven-year-olds, but actually they meant to say "write a play with them," which was the single most chaotic collaboration she's ever been a part of.
She has a Bachelors in Music Theory and Composition from NYU and is currently part of the Tisch Graduate Musical Theatre Writing program (cycle 35). She is an alum of the MUSE/Maestra Music Assistant Experience and was part of the Mentorship class of 2023. She is a proud member of The Dramatist’s Guild, ASCAP, Maestra, and Rise, and she has some things on the New Play Exchange if you want to check them out.
More importantly, she’s been listening to a lot of Vince Guaraldi lately, and if anyone has figured out the changes to “Alma-Ville,” please send them over.
